I expected a luxurious stay, but was greeted with old, stained bathrooms and sticky carpets everywhere. As a 'guest', I thought a complimentary snack was a given but I guess that's just too much to ask. Truly, my €50 refund seemed like an insult. I almost thought to leave a good review, but I just couldn't.

The hotel of choice in Rosslare Harbour. Recently refurbished and clean venue with pleasant view of the sea. Excellent location with free parking for guests. Short walk to Rosslare ferry port as well as lovely beach. So efficient staff members in all areas.

The room was super spacious with two comfy chairs, making it perfect for relaxing. I enjoyed the easy beach access and live music nights that added a fun vibe. Just a bit of attention is needed for the hot water in the shower, but overall a lovely stay! 😊

The hotel was set in a remote area really close to the beach and village centre, and restaurants and pubs as well as the harbour. There was The Chip Basket nearby to grab something to eat. The room was well-appointed and nicely furnished, with a private bathroom. The breakfast with cooked options was served in the bar.

Great food and comfy vibes!
The bar had a cool vibe, and the staff were really friendly. Breakfast was a bit of a chore, though. Took ages to find someone to help. But when you finally got what you needed, it was worth it. Enjoyed my time here!

Recommend it for families
We had a spacious suite. The breakfast was great, with made-to-order options that really hit the spot, even for the picky eaters in our group.
It wasn't exactly a bargain, but considering the quality, I'd say it was acceptable.

Families searching for a solid base
I had a great evening with my family dining in the bar, where we enjoyed some surprisingly good food, the service was prompt, too. Going out of their way to chat and make sure we were happy, what you want after a long day of exploring.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but you get what you pay for.

The spacious rooms had a few nice touches like comfy seating areas. The bar area was surprisingly enjoyable with a diverse drink menu, and I had a good meal there, the pan-fried haddock was particularly worth mentioning.
The bathrooms left much to be desired. Cleanliness was an issue, with rust visible and poor water pressure making for a frustrating shower experience. Room decor felt outdated and the ambiance was less inviting, with a lot of grey tones that didn't add much character. Breakfast options seemed limited too, with some items like the orange juice coming off as less than fresh. I also noticed a significant delay in service during peak times. While it had its perks, it reminded me of they could use a bit of a refresh and some TLC to shine.

Nice hotel with free wi-fi, bar/lounge area, and 24-hour reception. The staff helped me find my lost barrette on my first stay, which I remember fondly. I highly recommend visiting for a holiday.

The hotel's fresh warm grey decor and spacious rooms provided a comfortable and cute atmosphere, perfect for relaxation after a day spent exploring the beautiful beach nearby, making it a lovely experience for anyone, especially seniors like myself.
Could improve hot water availability in showers.

The staff exhibited really good hospitality, going above and beyond to accommodate us . Breakfast offered a good variety including homemade desserts, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The room's cleanliness left much to be desired, with visible rust in the bathroom and insufficient heating left us uncomfortably cold. Accessing our room was a frustrating ordeal due to a malfunctioning keypad, which we waited over half an hour to resolve. This experience overshadowed some of the positive aspects we encountered.
